M. Noer Muis
President Commissioner
Mr. M. Noer Muis graduated from the Military Academy of the Indonesian Army – Magelang in 1976. During his active duties in the Military, he received various education including Para & Command Exercises, Combat Staff Courses, Army Staff and Command Schools in Bandung, Army Staff and Command Schools in Australia and Lemhannas.
He worked his military career since 1977, occupying positions ranging from DanTon, several positions of Staff Officers in Detachment, Battalion and Pabandya in Kopassus, Kasbrigif Linud 17, Danbrigif Linud 18, Pangdivif 1 and Kaskostad. He has also held positions in Paset & Koor of Spri Pangab, Danrem 071 / WK, Danrem 164/WD, and Puslatpur, Military Academy Vice Governor, Kasgartap I/JKT, Pati Sahli Kasad in Law, Kasdam IV/DIP, Pangdam XVI/PTM, Pangdam I/BB and Inspector General of the TNI.
In 2011 he retired from the Army with the last rank of Lieutenant General of the TNI. After retiring from the TNI, he held several positions in the civil field, namely as Advisor at ElJohn Tourism in 2012 – 2014, Director of LA/GR PT MME 2014 – 2019, and Supervisor at PT Senagan Raya/PT Tamaris Hydro in 2017 until now.
Starting in 2017, he has held the position of President Commissioner of PT Aetra Air Tangerang to date.
Haryadi Priyohutomo
Independent Commissioner
Mr. H.M. Haryadi Priyohutomo, or commonly called Mr. Didiet, holds a Bachelor of Pure Physics from Universitas Indonesia, a Bachelor of Management Economics from STIE Bisnis Indonesia, a Masters of Science in Public Policy from Krisnadwipayana University, as well as taking a Short Course in Angkatan IV (KSA IV) Lemhannas.
He has a fairly long work history, where he started as a Basic Physics Laboratory Assistant of FIPIA – UI and Physics Professor Assistant of FIPIA – UI when he was still studying at the same university. His professional career in the drinking water sector began in 1982 when he became a PAM JAYA Research and Development Staff, then served as head of sub-division of PAM JAYA’s R&D & Documentation Program Development Division in 1983, and the PAM JAYA R&D Staff in 1987. His career then continued in the political field where he held positions as Member of the DPR / MPR – RI for the period 1987-1992 and 1992-1997.
After his retirement as a Member of the DPR / MPR – RI, he resumed his career at PAM Jaya as Expert Staff to the President Director in 1997, Head of Program Development in 1998, Business Director in 2002, and as President Director in 2002 – 2010. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dapenma Pamsi in 2009 – 2010, as an Instructor of the YPTD PAMSI Professional Training Institute in 2013 to date, and as Commissioner of PT Air Semarang Barat in 2018 to the present.
In 2010, he held the position of Independent Commissioner of PT Aetra Air Tangerang until now.
Untung Udji Santoso
Commissioner
Mr. Untung holds a Master of Laws degree from Padjadjaran University.
During his career, he held various important positions within the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor’s Office. His career history includes Head of Kejaksaan Negeri Donggala, Asisten Tindak Pidana Umum Kejaksaan Tinggi Papua in Jayapura, Head of Kejaksaan Negeri Yogyakarta, Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Tinggi North Sumatera, Deputy Chief of Kejaksaan Tinggi West Kalimantan in Pontianak, Director of Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Agung, Head of Kejaksaan Tinggi DKI Jakarta, Head of Biro Perencanaan Kejaksaan Agung, Sekretaris Jaksa Agung Muda Intelijen Kejaksaan Agung, Sekretaris Jaksa Agung Muda Pembinaan, also Jaksa Agung Muda Perdata Dan Tata Usaha Negara.
In 2017, he held the position of Commissioner at PT Aetra Air Tangerang until now.

Muhammad Fauzan
President Director
Mr. Muhammad Fauzan holds a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from Engineering Faculty, University of Indonesia.
He has an extensive work experience. He started his career as Research Team in Pusat Penelitian dan Teknologi (Center of Research and Technology) University of Indonesia on 1996. He then continues his career in PT Trakindo Utama (Caterpillar Dealer Indonesia) as Management Trainee on 1996 and finally holds position as Customer Support Agreement/Maintenance and Repair Contract Coordinator on 2022. He then work at PT Dwikarya Linindo Teknik as Assistant Director on 2002.
His professional career on drinking water project started at PT THAMES PAM JAYA as Assistant Manager on 2002, Meter Reading Manager on 2006, and Customer Service Coordinator (Act. CS Director) / Business Analyst Illegal Connection Manager / Acting RCC South Manager on 2008. His career then continues as Marketing & Plan Manager in PT Aetra Air Tangerang on 2010, TSA Team of Vinaconex Project in Hanoi, Vietnam on 2010, Sales Marketing & Customer Service Operation Senior Manager in PT Aetra Air Tangerang on 2011, handling temporary project assignment in conducting Marketing Real Demand Survey for PT Moya Tangerang on 2018, Internal Audit & Corporate Performance Senior Manager in PT Aetra Air Tangerang on 2019, Strategy Management Officer – Region 1 Tangerang Raya in PT Moya Indonesia Holding on 2020, and currently trusted as President Director of PT Aetra Air Tangerang from January 2023.
Hadi Susatyo Setyono

Mr. Hadi Susatyo Setyono holds a Bachelor Degree of Economic in Management from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, MBA Degree from Kennesaw State University USA, and took an Executive Course in Ross Business School, Michigan University, Hong Kong.
He started his career as Project Manager in PT Adhikara Tekno Informasi on 1994 and continues to expand his career as Account Manager in PT Astaguna Komtelindo on 1997, Brand Manager Mizone in PT Tirta Investama (Danone-Aqua) on 2005, Product Manager in PT Sinde Budi Sentosa on 2006, Marketing Manager in PT Softex Indonesia on 2010, Marketing Director in PT Simba Indosnack Makmur on 2014, FMCG Independent Business Consultant on 2015, Senior Manager Revenue Assurance in PT Aetra Air Tangerang on 2016, and currently holds a position as Commercial Director in PT Aetra Air Tangerang from January 2023.

Increasing population as well as economic and industrial activities in Tangerang Regency, especially in the Sepatan Timur, Pasar Kemis, Sepatan, Cikupa, Sindang Jaya, Sukamulya, Balaraja and Jayanti Subdistrict needs to be supported by an adequate clean water provision and services. The limited supply and service of clean water in those sub-district areas has led to excessive ground water exploitation, causing high economic costs and declining environment quality.
PT Aetra Air Tangerang (Aetra Tangerang) is a private drinking water company that works together with the Tangerang District Government in the drinking water provision and service within Tangerang Regency area. This water supply and service project is the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) project in the field of water infrastructure that was successfully implemented in Indonesia from 26 projects that was offered by the Indonesian government in 2006. Aetra Tangerang is part of MOYA Group which has experience in drinking water infrastructure projects, both domestically and internationally. With the support of expertise and experience, Aetra Tangerang is able to build drinking water supply facilities in Tangerang by implementing the latest water treatment technology that is effective, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
With 25 years of concession rights from the Tangerang Regency Government, Aetra Tangerang is set to provide drinking water provision and services in 8 (eight) Sub-districts in Tangerang Regency, namely Sepatan Timur, Pasar Kemis, Sepatan, Cikupa, Sindang Jaya, Sukamulya, Balaraja, and Jayanti. The Drinking Water Treatment Plant was built in the Karet Village of Sepatan Sub-district with a capacity of 900 liters/second, with raw water taken from the Cisadane River.
To make it easier for people in the concession area to acquire drinking water services from Aetra Tangerang, we have opened three Customer Service Office in Pasar Kemis, Cikupa, and Jayanti. In addition, Aetra Tangerang provides a variety of payment channels to make it easier for customers to pay water bills, namely through Bank Mandiri, BCA, and through Indomaret, Alfamart and PT POS Indonesia outlets throughout Indonesia. Aetra Tangerang also has a Head Office on Jalan Raya Curug, Kadu Jaya Village, Curug Sub-district, Tangerang Regency. Aetra Tangerang is committed to maximizing the supply and service of drinking water to communities in the concession area as mandated by the Tangerang District Government in the Concession Agreement, in order to improve the quality of life for the people served through utilization of cleaner and healthier water.
