New Customer Registration

Become Aetra Tangerang customer with these three easy steps.

1. Registration

Choose your preferred registration options

  • Register on the nearest Customer Service Office, fill the registration forms of your personal data.
  • Register via Contact Center by phone on 0215985474 and via WhatsApp message on 087788224645, inform your name, complete address, and your phone number. Aetra Tangerang officer will then contact you for verification.
  • Register via Instagram @aetratangerang and Twitter @AetraTNG, inform your name, complete address, and your phone number. Aetra Tangerang officer will then contact you for verification

2. Complete the Requirements

  • Prepare a copy of your ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), and latest Property Tax Sheet (PBB).
  • Prepare Business Certificate/SIUP (for commercial customer).
  • Hand over the documents and supporting papers to our officer.

3. Survey and Installation

Our officer will survey your property to:

  • Estimate pipe network requirements.
  • Determine customer and tariff group.
  • Our officer will provide a form as a proof that the survey has been carried out.
  • Our officer will execute installation works.

Your Water Bill Payment

Aetra Tangerang provide various payment channels for customer convenient. We provide internal payment channel through payment counter or external payment channels through our bank partners, mini market, and Post Office.
